Manifesto The Impact Standard Foundations Objections Read For organizations 日本語
Impact over money

Organizations join by honoring one person.

No certification process, no membership fee, no audit. Your organization joins by doing the thing itself: nominate one person for The Uncounted — someone whose contribution the revenue numbers missed. Inside your walls or outside them: an employee counts.

Free, in both senses — no fee, and no obligation. Membership is the act of nominating, never conditional on selection: the list is curated with the honoree's consent, and your organization is a member the moment you submit. Read the manifesto first if you'd like. We store what you enter here to record the nomination, we feature organizations only with consent, and we delete on request.

Impact over money Make impact, not money, the measure of a life.

A nomination, not a certification — we never hand out, or take away, a badge.

What joining means

Light on purpose.

One nomination, free

No fee, no tiers, no review of your organization. A named person nominates someone whose contribution went uncounted — and that act is the membership.

Featured with consent, never ranked

Signed organizations can appear on the community wall — in their own right, never scored or sorted. We ask first, always.

Nothing to revoke

There's no badge we police and no status we hold over you. If you change course, nothing is taken away — and you can withdraw the signature any time.

If you want to go further

Three things member organizations do next.

All optional — the nomination is enough. But what an organization celebrates at all-hands, in promotions, and in what it honors publicly is where the measure actually changes.

  1. 01

    Honor someone at all-hands

Once a quarter, read a Recognition Letter aloud for one person whose contribution the revenue numbers missed. Twenty minutes of preparation, and everyone in the room learns what the organization actually honors.

  2. 02

    Host a workplace Circle

Five to fifteen colleagues who witness each other's work, one hour a month. The whole kit is one page — no tooling, no rollout plan.

  3. 03

    Nominate another

Your people see contribution the world misses — in your supply chain, your community, your own hallways. There is no quota: put forward everyone who deserves it, for a list published unranked, on purpose.

No reporting, no renewal paperwork, no purity test. The door stays open in both directions.
